Changes are Coming Soon to Bookshelf Library & Explore!

VitalSource is excited to announce new enhancements coming to Bookshelf® Online in May 2024, ahead of the fall semester. This update will also change how users navigate to their Explore collections.

What’s changing?

• A new Home shelf which will serve as an activity hub to access, organize, and study your content.
• A redesigned My Library experience to make it easier to find and access your eTextbooks.
• New Favorites shelf to organize your library and keep frequently accessed books readily available whenever you need them.
• Explore subscription access will move to the main navigation panel.

Home

My Library

My Library will replace the existing Bookshelf Library experience and is where you can interact with and access detailed information about all your books.

Explore

Access to your Explore content will move to a new shelf on the main navigation panel in the new Bookshelf® Online Library. Clicking the Explore icon will launch you into the Explore experience that you know and love.

In addition, if you have access to Explore Admin and Groups those will move to a new shelf on the main navigation panel.

What’s Next?

You don’t need to do anything! Bookshelf will automatically release our updates to you in May 2024.
