Need a receipt or proof of purchase for your course materials? Where you purchased your materials determines how you can obtain a receipt.
Purchases from Your School’s Online Bookstore
If you purchased your course materials through your school’s VitalSource-powered Online Bookstore, you can locate and print your receipt by following these steps:
- Sign in to your school’s Online Bookstore.
- Select the My Account icon.
- Choose My Orders to view your order history.
- Find the purchase and select Order Details.
- Select Print Receipt to view or print your receipt.
Purchases from Other Retailers or Websites
If you purchased your materials directly from a publisher, another bookstore, or a third-party website, you will need to contact the company where you completed your purchase.
VitalSource cannot provide receipts for purchases made through other retailers.
